How J Diary Website Began – Asia Travel Guide
J Diary (JoblessDiary) grew from an unexpected chapter in my life.
After losing my job at a bank, I began documenting my journey and experiences across Asia. What started as a personal project eventually developed into a travel website focused on exploring Asia and sharing useful, practical information with other travelers.
Travel became more than a way to visit new places. It became a way to learn about different cultures, understand destinations firsthand and discover the hotels, attractions, restaurants, tours and experiences that make each place unique.
Today, J Diary (JoblessDiary) brings together those personal experiences with destination research and information from official and other authoritative sources.

I have a professional background that includes years of coordinating APAC activities, giving me extensive exposure to the region’s business environments, cultures and destinations.

Losing a job could have marked the end of one chapter of my life.
Instead, it became the beginning of another.
J Diary (JoblessDiary) grew from documenting that journey into a broader mission: to explore Asia, learn from the places and people encountered along the way and create travel resources that can genuinely help other travelers.
The region continues to offer countless places to discover—from major cities and well-known destinations to lesser-known neighborhoods, hotels, experiences and cultural attractions.
